The foundation for the Worlds Window Group was laid in 1997. It started its journey by trading ferrous and non-ferrous metals scrap. Today ‘Worlds Window Impex India Private Limited’ is the flagship of the group and one of the largest importers in North India.
In 2003, Alstrong Enterprises, an Aluminium Composite Panel manufacturing business was set-up in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Cutting-edge technology and superior products led to notable clientele. Alstrong aluminium composite panels can be spotted in many prestigious projects within and outside the country.
Market opportunities and strategic insight led to the launch of Maple Logistics Private Limited in 2004. Exceptional customer service and a thorough understanding of the business paved the way to owning 522 trailers and trucks specialising in the movement of containerised cargo. Maple Logistics has grown into a ‘Multi-Modal Total Logistics Solution Provider’ for many a local and multinational company in India.
Worlds Window Infrastructure & Logistics Private Limited was incorporated in 2007 to manage the Inland Container Depots. Three ICDs in Loni (UP), Bawal (Haryana) and Wardha (Nagpur) handle a wide range of containerised cargo with a substantial catchment area in their respective vicinity.
In 2008, Everest Metal FZE, Dubai, the international trading arm of the group started functioning and opened multiple offices across the globe. In 2012, when Magnifico Minerals Trading Private Limited started trading in coal, it had an exponential impact on business growth. EXIM portfolio was diversified when Aspun Trading Private Limited started focusing on trading multiple commodities like bitumen, HR coils, rice, paper, cotton yarn, viscose, silicon, manganese, and glass.
A well-recognized name in the freight forwarding space, Seagull Maritime Agencies Private Limited was bought over in 2009. Many known business houses utilise their services. In 2010, the Worlds Window Group ventured into the mining sector. By 2011 the group had acquired approximately 11 MMT of coal resources. Mining operations gave a boost to the group’s exports and associated logistics businesses.
